Sausaman, Houston and Flynn Prevail on a Motion to Dismiss

Alison Sausaman, Hal Houston and Galen Flynn prevailed on a motion to dismiss an employment discrimination and retaliation case filed in the Middle District of Florida. After three rounds of motion practice, the Court dismissed the case in its entirety with prejudice.
