Zwilling Obtains Complete Dismissal of Case

Carr Allison Shareholder Melisa C. Zwilling successfully petitioned a court to completely dismiss a case in which the plaintiff alleged claims for intentional interference with business relations, defamation and breach of contract in an employment relationship.  The dismissal of all claims was the result of a hard-fought battle on behalf of the client.
