Martin and Petherick Author Amicus Brief for TN Supreme Court

Shareholder Sean W. Martin and Associate Michael J. Petherick from Carr Allison’s Chattanooga (TN) office authored an amicus curiae brief on behalf of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association in the case of Jodi McClay v.
