Shareholder Sean W. Martin and Associate Michael J. Petherick from Carr Allison’s Chattanooga (TN) office authored an amicus curiae brief on behalf of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association in the case of Jodi McClay v. Airport Management Services LLC. The amicus brief supported the constitutionality of the Tennessee statute which places caps on non-economic damages in tort cases.
