Weaver to Speak on FDLA Panel

Associate Kyle Weaver of Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office will speak on a free panel to all FDLA members on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 12 pm.  Alongside Weaver will be a toxicologist and an insurance claims representative to discuss “A Toxicological Route to Answering Questions of Legal Liability.”  The panel will examine the use of a toxicologist in the evaluation of biological data in impaired driving matters, recent changes to Florida law regarding the ability of a plaintiff to recover damages when they are found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and how insurance claims representatives interact with lawyers and experts to resolve disputed matters.
