Vickers, Sherman and Sarber Obtain Favorable Result

Carr Allison shareholders Heath Vickers, Austin Sherman and Johnny Sarber secured a highly favorable result for our client during trial in Duval County, Florida in an admitted fault, rear-end trucking accident case involving two plaintiffs who claimed permanent bodily injuries and a lifetime of pain management.

After successfully defending against the plaintiffs’ numerous last-minute motions and following jury selection, the plaintiffs reduced their settlement demand to less than one-third of the amount of their last demand prior to trial and significantly below their prior written proposals for settlement. The trial team was assisted by numerous attorneys and paralegals.

Great results!
