Oliver and Sausaman Published in USLAW Magazine Spring Issue

USLAW NETWORK, Inc., published an article by Carr Allison attorney’s Tom Oliver and Alison Sausaman in its Spring 2020 issue.  Their article “ADA Website Compliance: Continued Uncertainty for Business” examines the evolving landscape of ADA website accessibility lawsuits across the country and encourages businesses to proactively take measures to ensure the accessibility of any content they choose to disseminate on their website or app.

 

Tom Oliver, a founding shareholder at Carr Allison, is a trial attorney specializing in complex matters involving transportation, employment and professional litigation.  He has litigated cases in the state and federal courts of Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Virginia.

 

Alison H. Sausaman serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville, Florida office where she practices in the areas of premises liability, retail and hospitality, transportation, government torts and public liability and labor and employment.  Alison is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and before the United States District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
