Zwilling to Present Webinar on Modern Disability Accommodations from Mental Health to Remote Work

Course Description: Disability accommodation requests have skyrocketed – and so has related litigation.  Today’s accommodation requests look very different from those of a decade ago: employees are seeking remote work arrangements, flexible schedules, and accommodations for mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD.  Many employers are struggling to keep up, and missteps in the interactive process can quickly turn into expensive lawsuits.  This program will equip you with the knowledge and tools to handle even the most challenging accommodation requests, engage effectively in the interactive process, and document your decisions in ways that will protect your organization if a dispute arises.  Insurance professionals will learn how to evaluate ADA claims, identify common employer missteps that lead to litigation, and provide effective loss prevention guidance to insureds.

Presented By: Melisa C. Zwilling
