Carr Allison Shareholder Judson W. Wells, Sr. recently served as a moderator for a judicial panel discussion at the Approach the Bench CLE held by the Mobile Bar Association. Two judicial panels consisting of 12 federal, state and municipal judges discussed a number of topics relating to serving as a judge. A retired Alabama District Court Judge, Judson currently serves as the 2025 Mobile Bar Association President.
