Wells Attends Mobile Sports Association Annual Meeting

Retired Mobile County District Judge and Carr Allison shareholder Judson W. Wells, Sr., attended the annual meeting of the Mobile Arts and Sports Association (MASA) on June 3, 2014 in Mobile.  Judge Wells is one of only 40 members of MASA, which is the parent organization of the Senior Bowl.  He is currently serving his second consecutive term as a member, which ends this year.  MASA is responsible for the donation of over $7.7 million to local charities over the years.

Judge Wells is also a longtime active member of the Senior Bowl Committee.  The Senior Bowl is the nation’s pre-eminent college football all-star game and is played each January in Mobile, where the game has been held since 1952.
