USLAW selects Carr Allison’s Thomas L. Oliver, II as the Vice Chairman of its organization

USLAW has selected Carr Allison’s Thomas L. Oliver II as its Vice Chairman of the organization.  The announcement was made on September 18, 2014 during the organization’s annual membership meeting held in San Francisco.  Tom will serve as Vice Chair for 2014-2015 and will be in line to serve as Chair in 2015-2016.  He previously served on the Board and Executive Committee for USLAW as well as chairman of its Transportation and Professional Liability committees.

Tom is a founding shareholder of Carr Allison.  His trial practice focuses on the defense of catastrophic claims in various types of complex litigation
