Zwilling to Present Webinar On Medicare Advantage Plans & Prescription Drug Plans: Ensuring Compliance with the MSPA

Under the Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSPA), an obligation exists to repay Medicare Advantage Plans (MAPs) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs) for payments made for treatment in connection with injuries for which a beneficiary receives a settlement, judgment or similar monetary payment.  This webinar will cover the MSPA related to MAPs and PDPs in addition to relevant case law.  We will explore ways to ensure compliance with the law and avoid substantial penalties.

This webinar is approved for one hour of continuing education credit by the Department of Insurance in the following states:  AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, OK, RI, TX, VT, WV, and WY.
