Sherer Earns Defense Verdict

Justin Sherer of Carr Allison’s Daphne, Alabama office successfully defended his client, a residential and commercial HVAC company, in a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Baldwin County, Alabama.  The Plaintiffs’ nine count complaint included allegations of trespass, conversion and outrage and requested compensatory and punitive damages totaling more than $2.2 million.  After a five-day trial, the jury returned a defense verdict.  Congratulations, Justin!
