Sausaman and Vickers Obtain Summary Judgment

Carr Allison shareholders Alison H. Sausaman and Heath L. Vickers of our Jacksonville (FL) office obtained final summary judgment entirely dismissing a premises liability case against a municipal client. The defense counsel argued that the defendant had not breached any duty owed to plaintiff and that the alleged dangerous condition was not the proximate cause of plaintiff’s alleged injuries.  The court granted summary judgment and dismissed the case.
