Ross and Beckman Win Defense Verdict

Carr Allison attorneys Brett Ross and Adelaide Beckman of our Birmingham (AL) office recently received a defense verdict from a jury in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County (AL).   The case involved a T-Bone accident in Anniston (AL) between their client’s armored vehicle and a passenger car.  Both drivers claimed they entered the road first and had the right of way. Counsel for the plaintiff asked the jury for $125,000 in compensatory damages.  The jury found the plaintiff guilty of contributory negligence in causing the accident, leading to a verdict for the company and its driver.
