Michael Stallings Joins Carr Allison

Carr Allison welcomes Michael T. Stallings to our Mobile, AL office.  Mike’s practice concentrates on general litigation matters involving personal injury, premises liability and property/SIU.  He is admitted to practice in all Alabama and Florida state courts and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, as well as the Northern District of Florida.

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida where he was captain of the Mock Trial Team and a member of the SGA Academic Misconduct Committee.  He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.  While attending law school, Mike served as Managing Editor and Junior Editor of The Journal of the Legal Profession, Vols. 39-40.  He was also a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board.  Currently, Mike is serving as coach of the University of West Florida Mock Trial Team.
