Michael T. Stallings is an associate in Carr Allison’s Mobile, AL office where his litigation practice includes the areas of personal injury, premises liability and property/SIU.  Mike is admitted to practice in all Alabama and Florida state courts and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, as well as the Northern District of Florida.

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida where he was captain of the Mock Trial Team and a member of the SGA Academic Misconduct Committee.  He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.  While attending law school, Mike served as Managing Editor and Junior Editor of The Journal of the Legal Profession, Vols. 39-40.  A member of the Phi Alpha Delta Mock Trial Team, he was runner-up for Best Overall Advocate in the 2016 Phi Alpha Delta National Trial Competition.  Mike was also a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board.

Originally from Pensacola, FL Mike serves as coach of the University of West Florida Mock Trial Team.  He also enjoys CrossFit and watching college and professional football with his fur child (dog), Bailey.
