Kirkpatrick Speaks at Atlanta Claims Association Seminar

Donald “Bo” Kirkpatrick, II (Birmingham, AL) was a featured speaker at the 97th Annual Atlanta Claims Association Educational Seminar in Atlanta, GA.  His presentation, “Disco Dancing, Riding a Four Wheeler or Moving a Refrigerator: The Ethics of Surveillance in the Southeast” explored common themes and unique distinctions among surveillance law across southeastern states, such as Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.  Bo is co-chair of Carr Allison’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group.  His practice focuses of workers’ compensation and related litigation, including retaliatory discharge and other employment matters.  The Atlanta Claims Association provides continuing education for claims professionals and promotes better public understanding of the insurance industry.
