Judge Judson Wells, Sr. Elected Vice President of the Mobile Bar Association

Carr Allison shareholder and retired Mobile County District Judge Judson Wells, Sr. was recently elected Vice President of the Mobile (AL) Bar Association for 2023. Judge Wells has been an active member of the Mobile Bar Association for 36 years. He served in many past roles including Treasurer, Young Lawyers Section President, representative on the Mobile County Judicial Commission and District Court Section Chairman.

Founded in 1869, the Mobile Bar Association is one of the oldest bar associations in the United States and the oldest in the State of Alabama. The Mobile Bar Association works to support over 1,000 members in their area of practice, promote justice and public service.

Alison H. Sausaman of our Jacksonville (FL) office prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in federal court on behalf of a national convenience store chain. The court agreed that rain on an asphalt parking lot was not a dangerous condition and granted final judgment in our client’s favor.
