Carr Allison shareholders Melisa Zwilling and Joe Driver from our Birmingham (AL) office recently defended an employer in a lawsuit filed in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County (AL) by a pro se plaintiff. The plaintiff claimed that her employment was wrongfully terminated. Melisa and Joe filed a Motion to Dismiss, which Melisa argued before the court. The court granted the motion, dismissing the plaintiff’s claims entirely.
