Massion and Weaver Obtain Defense Verdict

Tallahassee attorneys Cindy Massion and Kyle Weaver recently obtained a defense verdict after a two day jury trial in Perry, Florida.  The case arose from a two vehicle accident.  After the accident, Plaintiff underwent surgery on both of her wrists and elbows.  The Plaintiff demanded the defendant’s policy limits, but the demand was rejected.  At trial, the defense admitted fault for the accident, but challenged the plaintiff’s claim that the injuries were caused by the accident. After deliberation, the jury determined the defendant was not a legal cause of the plaintiff’s injuries and returned a verdict for the defendant.
