Carr Allison is pleased to announce new shareholders Evan Baggett, Matt Dorius and Heather Houston.

Evan Baggett, in the Birmingham office, has defended a wide range of cases in state and federal courts, including construction defect, insurance coverage, fraud, motor carrier litigation and premises liability.

Matt Dorius practices in the Medicare Compliance Group of Carr Allison. He assists clients nationwide ensuring compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and has authored articles regarding the new Medicare Reporting Requirements.

Heather Houston resides in Carr Allison’s Mobile office. Her practice primarily focuses on construction, professional liability and complex liability. She also has experience in employment law and premises liability.
