Carr to Speak at Transportation Lawyers Association Regional Seminar

Katy Beth Carr, shareholder in the Florence, AL office, will speak at the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA) Regional Seminar in Chicago, IL on Friday, January 25, 2019.  Katy Beth will join a panel in a seminar titled “Lost at Sea: How Defeat was Snagged from the Jaws of Victory.”  The panel will examine the many ethical issues that can arise in litigation in the context of a recent case in Illinois, Vandenberg v. Brunswick.

Katy Beth defends clients throughout north Alabama and Tennessee in transportation matters.  She is a member of Carr Allison’s accident response GO TEAM, working catastrophic accident investigations for various transportation clients.
