Katy Beth Carr is a shareholder in the Florence (AL) office of Carr Allison, serving clients in Alabama, northern Mississippi and Tennessee. Focusing her practice on the representation of commercial motor carriers involved in catastrophic accidents, Katy Beth is a member of the firm’s accident investigation GO TEAM. She also represents clients in workers’ compensation, premises liability, labor and employment and general liability claims.

Admitted to practice in all state courts in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee, Katy Beth is also admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the Northern District of Mississippi and the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee. She is experienced in litigation and has successfully obtained summary judgments on behalf of her clients.

Katy Beth earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Birmingham-Southern College (AL), with a focus in Leadership Studies. She earned her law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL).

In addition to her legal work, Katy Beth serves as president for the Board of Directors at the Florence-Lauderdale County Port Authority.
