• Carr and Oliver featured speakers at 2015 ATA Forum

    Shareholders Charles Carr and Tom Oliver are featured speakers at the upcoming American Trucking Association’s Forum for Motor Carrier General Counsel.  Tom’s presentation will examine whistleblower claims under the Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAA) and Charles will address recent trends in jury verdicts.  The ATA Forum covers a wide range of issues that significantly impact motor carriers and their operations.  The Forum will be held in La Jolla, California from July 19th-22nd.  For additional event information, please click here.
