Carr Allison Welcomes Two New Associates

Carr Allison is pleased to welcome Margaret H. Manuel and Zachary R. Weaver as the firm’s newest associates.

Margaret H. Manuel joins Carr Allison’s Birmingham team.  Her practice will focus on assisting clients with transportation litigation.  Margaret is a Birmingham native and earned her JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.  She is admitted to practice in Alabama.

Zachary R. Weaver, located in Carr Allison’s Mobile office, will concentrate his practice on general litigation matters involving personal injury, retail and hospitality, transportation and workers’ compensation.  He earned his JD from the Mississippi College School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and the United States District Court, Southern District of Alabama.

Alison H. Sausaman of our Jacksonville (FL) office prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in federal court on behalf of a national convenience store chain. The court agreed that rain on an asphalt parking lot was not a dangerous condition and granted final judgment in our client’s favor.
