Burgess Appointed to FL Bar Grievance Committee

Shareholder Elizabeth “Betsy” Burgess has been appointed to serve a 3-year term on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida.  Grievance committees review complaints referred by Bar counsel and decide if probable cause exists to support a claim that a lawyer violated professional conduct rules and whether discipline is warranted.
