Dave Brannon and George Reynolds of our Tallahassee (FL) office successfully obtained a defense verdict in a product liability and negligence lawsuit brought against a Florida-based grocery store chain. The plaintiff alleged she suffered injuries after consuming a product purchased from the grocery store defendant. The jury returned a favorable defense verdict of no liability finding that the plaintiff’s testimony and evidence were insufficient to establish either negligence or sale of a defective product.
