Ball and Guarino Earn Defense Verdict

Shareholder Steve Ball and Associate Michael Guarino prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama on September 28, 2017.  The lawsuit initially involved the pursuit of missing flatbed trailers for clients with a major trucking company.  After recovering the trailers, Ball and Guarino filed a motion for summary judgment arguing breach of contract and conversion.  The motion for summary judgment was successful as Ball and Guarino obtained a six-figure final judgment for their client.
