Jenny Tyler Baker of our Gulfport (MS) office prevailed on a motion for summary judgment on behalf of a hospitality client. After a hearing, the court found that the plaintiff had failed to produce any evidence to support a premises liability claim and dismissed the case with prejudice. Great results!
