Arnwine to Speak at Tort Law Conference

Rob Arnwine, Counsel in the Birmingham office, will present at the 2016 Alabama Tort Law Conference Friday, September, 16, 2016, addressing the use of cell phone records in civil litigation.  The hour will cover the type of cellular information available, how to obtain the information in discovery, how to get the information into evidence, and the use of experts.  This will be Rob’s second time presenting at the Tort Law Conference.  In 2014 he gave a presentation on the type of expert testimony required to establish medical causation.
