Carr Allison shareholders Russ Allison and Jordan Watson successfully defended a large insurance company sued for bad faith, breach of contract and fraud in federal court. Russ and Jordan obtained a dismissal of all claims brought against their client, arguing that the plaintiff failed to state a viable cause of action. The court agreed and granted the motion to dismiss.
