Sean W. Martin, Chattanooga and Katy Beth Carr, Florence co-authored an article that appears in the inaugural issue of Journal of American Law.  The article titled, Policing the Premises, discusses the legal responsibility of premises owners for the criminal acts of third parties.

The Journal of American Law‎, a publication of the Claims and Litigation Alliance (CLM), is a peer-reviewed journal and the only national law journal in the country‎. The Journal is distributed to 25,000 readers.
