Carr Allison Tennessee Welcomes New Attorney

Carr Allison is pleased to welcome Associate Derek W. Mullins to our Chattanooga, TN office.  His practice will include commercial litigation, insurance, premises liability, transportation and other general litigation matters.  Derek earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law.  While in law school, Derek earned several awards and honors, recognition from the Supreme Court of Tennessee for more than 100 hours of pro bono service and a nomination to the Order of Barristers, a national honors organization recognizing exceptional skill and achievement in trial advocacy, oral advocacy and brief writing.  He is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts and before the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.
