Sean Martin to Speak at FDCC Winter Meeting

Sean Martin, a Shareholder in the Chattanooga, TN office will present “Why Can’t We All Just Get Along: The Perils of In-Fighting in the Defense of a Catastrophic Loss” at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) winter meeting in San Diego in March 2016. The presentation will discuss how in-fighting amongst the defense team in a catastrophic loss can have an negative impact on the achievement of a desired outcome of these emotionally charged claims. The presentation will also provide attendees practical solutions to common problems that can arise.
