Zwilling to Present Webinar on Workers’ Compensation and Liability Claims

Carr Allison Shareholder Melisa Zwilling of our Birmingham (AL) office is scheduled to present a webinar entitled Medicare Secondary Payer Conditional Payment Claim Guidance that will focus on workers’ compensation and liability claims. During the webinar, various Medicare conditional payment claim issues, including the resolution of improperly asserted claims and how to reduce the frequency and amount of the same, will be discussed.  Continuing education credit is available for the states of Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina and Texas.
