Zwilling to Present Webinar on ETHICS: The Tripartite Relationship and Ethical Considerations in Professional Liability and Employment Claims

During this presentation, Melisa C. Zwilling will review the very complicated tripartite relationship between insureds, insurers and defense attorneys.  The discussion will include how to establish proper professional boundaries to ensure that ethical obligations are not breached.

This webinar is approved for one hour of continuing education credit by the Department of Insurance in the following states:  AL, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, NH, NC, OK, RI, TX, WV, and WY.

This webinar is also approved for one hour of professional development credit by HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Managers) for Human Resource Professionals.

This course does not include the California Department of Insurance’s required one-hour Agents and Brokers Anti-Fraud Training.  As such, the one hour of study of insurance fraud requirement will not be met upon completing this course.
