Zwilling to Present Webinar on Attorney/Client Communications

Carr Allison shareholder Melisa Zwilling is scheduled to present a free webinar on December 7 at 1:00 PM (CT). This webinar will discuss some steps that should be taken to ensure the attorney/client privilege is not inadvertently waived with regard to communications with counsel. In addition, she will discuss some recommendations for employer policies concerning how employees and managers communicate about company business. Department of Insurance continuing education credit is approved for the states of AL, AR, CA, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, OK, RI, TX, VT, WV, and WY.
