Carr Allison shareholder and retired Mobile County District Judge, Judson W. Wells, Sr. recently served as a presenter on the topic of mediation for the Professional Liability Attorney Network (PLAN) client seminar in New York City at Yankee Stadium. Judge Wells is a member of PLAN and an experienced mediator in the Mobile (AL) area. He teamed up with four other presenters from insurance carriers and PLAN firms around the country to provide the comprehensive seminar on mediation.
