Carr Allison Shareholder and retired Mobile County District Judge Judson W. Wells, Sr., has been appointed as Co-Chairman of Leadership Development for the Blackburn Institute Advisory Board. The Blackburn Institute is a division of Student Affairs at the University of Alabama. The Institute works to develop a network of student leaders, the Blackburn Fellows, who have a clear understanding of the challenges that face the State of Alabama. He will serve a three year term.
