Weaver to Present Webinar at FDLA Winter Meeting

Tallahassee attorney Kyle Weaver has recorded a webinar titled “Focusing on Tort Reform in 2022” which will be presented at the Florida Defense Lawyers Association Winter Meeting in January 2022. Kyle presented with Alix Miller, PhD, president and CEO of the Florida Trucking Association. The presentation is approved for CLE credit and focuses on the issues facing all civil defendants in Florida and nationwide, recent notable reform efforts, what to expect in the 2022 Florida legislative session and to improve the difficult litigation climate against civil defendants in Florida and beyond.
