Thirteen Carr Allison Attorneys included on the 2015 Alabama Super Lawyers and Rising Stars List

Carr Allison is pleased to announce that a total of seven of its attorneys were recently selected to the Alabama Super Lawyers list for 2015. They are:  Russell Q. Allison, Charles F. Carr, Glenn E. Ireland, Donald B. Kirkpatrick, II, Thomas L. Oliver, II, Lea Richmond, IV, and Brett A. Ross.

Additionally, six Carr Allison attorneys were listed to Alabama Rising Stars:  Andrew P. Anderson, Bricker S. Daughtry, Shaun A. DeCoudres, Chad S. Godwin, Justin I. Hale and Elizabeth J. Kanter.

Attorneys are selected to Alabama Super Lawyers and Rising Stars using a process of peer nominations, peer evaluations and third party research.  Each candidate is evaluated using a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by Law & Politics’ attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.  Only five percent of all lawyers in Alabama are named to Super Lawyers.  Eligibility for Rising Stars is subject to those 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.  No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state are named to Rising Stars.
