Shareholder Kathy R. Davis, the first woman Chair of DRI’s Construction Law Committee, recently facilitated and attended the annual DRI Construction Law Seminar. The event was widely attended by some of the top professionals in the industry. The seminar was held at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego in San Diego, California from September 10-12. The program featured in-depth presentations on construction defect issues, the defense of a complex construction case, the defense of subcontractors, and insurance coverage issues.
