Senior shareholder Charles Carr to speak at the Transportation Industry Defense Association this month

Senior shareholder Charles Carr has been asked to speak on Recent Developments in the Transportation Industry at the 2014 Transportation Industry Defense Association *(TIDA), on October 23rd.  Mr. Carr will be substituting for the Secretary of Transportation who was unable to attend this year’s TIDA convention.  Mr. Carr continues to serve as national trial counsel for Swift Transportation Company, one of the largest truckload carriers in America based in Phoenix, Arizona.

*TIDA is a nonprofit association with members devoted to sharing knowledge and resources for defense of the trucking industry.  Their annual conference will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 22-24th this year.
