Pryor and Townsley Secure Defense Verdict

Caroline Pryor and Alex Townsley of Carr Allison’s Mobile (AL) office recently tried a premises liability case to defense verdict in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.  The Plaintiff in the case alleged that a display created by the defendant’s employees constituted a hidden, hazardous condition which caused her to trip and fall.
