His article “Grounding the Sky-High Prices of Air Ambulances: Examining the Intersection of the Airline Deregulation Act and States’ Workers’ Compensation Fee Schedules” explores an employer’s legal options in workers’ compensation cases involving exorbitant air ambulance fees.
