Carr Allison associate Steve Palmer of our Birmingham (AL) office recently had an article published in the Defense Research Institute’s For the Defense Journal. His article “Grounding the Sky-High Prices of Air Ambulances: Examining the Intersection of the Airline Deregulation Act and States’ Workers’ Compensation Fee Schedules” explores an employer’s legal options in workers’ compensation cases involving exorbitant air ambulance fees.
