Palmer and Harris Earns Summary Judgement

Steve Palmer and Hugh Harris won a Motion for Summary Judgment dismissing all wantonness claims in a case involving a rear-end motor vehicle accident.  Based on the strength of defense’s arguments, Plaintiff’s counsel decided not to even contest the MSJ and agreed to dismiss those claims.
