Judson Wells Presides Over Mobile District Court Docket

Judson W. Wells, Sr., a Carr Allison shareholder and retired Mobile County District Judge (1997-2007), recently returned to the Mobile County District Court to serve as a judge.  At the request of Judge Jill Phillips, Judge Wells presided over Judge Phillip’s criminal docket of July 13, 2016.

Judge Wells stated:  “It was an honor to preside over Judge Phillips’ docket on July 13th.  I am always happy to assist the judicial system in my role as a supernumerary trial judge”.
