Dunagan and Wiley Obtain Summary Judgement

Greg Dunagan and Aaron Wiley of our Daphne, AL office recently obtained a summary judgment award for a client in a premises liability case in Mobile County.  The Plaintiff alleged that he slipped and fell on a patch of ice on an outside patio at a local business following an unexpected winter storm.  Despite the Plaintiff claiming that he was not aware of the presence of the ice, Greg and Aaron were able to successfully prove to the Court that the ice was an open and obvious condition, and as a result, were able to obtain a dismissal of their client.
