Dowdey Earns Master’s from US Army War College

Birmingham Counsel Carl K. Dowdey, III (Trey) recently earned a Master’s of Strategic Studies (MSS) degree from the US Army War College and was recognized as a Distinguished Graduate.  Trey currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserves with the 2nd Legal Organization Detachment based out of New Orleans.  He served four years actively and 18 months mobilized during Operation Enduring Freedom, totaling 18 years of devoted military service.  Carr Allison congratulates Trey on his accomplishments and thanks him for his continued service to our country!
